yea it is. im supposed to take 4 pills a day. i just...idk...i guess i just thought my anxiety would go away but it really hasnt. im also stressed tho. over what has happened in the past couple of days. idk if my anxiety is over stress or paranoia or both. prob both. it just sucks becaus i want to talk to someone face to face...i mean i want to talk to my family but my dad and sister are busy. my sister isnt here anymore. and my mom doesnt want to talk to me.
