Its a shame so many people cant identify what stability is. And the rapid cycling on this site is like nothing I have seen in "real life" experiences with Bipolar clients. I wish I could help you all find some stability.

I have this great ap on my phone which might be useful to a few of you to identify triggers and what strategies help. Its called Optimism and its a free ap (orange in colour). You can individualise the content and write notes for reference as to what happened that day. It also records exercise and caffeine, sleep etc so you can see the correlation between good diet, exercise, coping strategies, triggers, meds taken etc. I just wish I could help you all.
