If it wasn't for this site I would never have gone to therapy. I would have continued to think I was the only person who pulled their own hair out. This is what it's all about! To find whatever it takes from somewhere and tell our stories (online being great for that because we don't have the fear of certain judgments) and then form our own decisions about ourselves...helping ourselves, understanding ourselves.
