I was originally diagnosed BP 2 and was on 400 mg of Seroquel. Then I progressed into BP I and was on Seroquel again at 400 mg. I'm not sure the answer to your question, it may just depend on the person. Me personally, if I'm off of Seroquel I go into a mixed episode, and I only sleep 2-3 hours a night. Do you not like the Seroquel? I hate it, I'm going to see if I have any other options, doubt it in my case.
