Going into the hospital can be scary. However, it is a safe place to be. Depending upon the hospital, they usually have groups to go to that will help you with your illness. I have received coping strategies from the hospital. They also help to regulate your medications, so if you have any issues regarding your medications, then there is someone there 24/7 to help you. Plus, there are usually others there with the same issues. Being around others who know what you are going through really helps. I am a quiet person, so listening to others in groups has helped me.
