I also have several panic attacks a day.....some just seem to last from waking up to going to bed...i am using cognitive therapy and positive statements to help with these...i have been agoraphobic for a year today i am working through it and am seeing brighter days...i know it is hard but try to think positive and try to use relaxation and deep breathing! pm me anytime!
