thanks daisiesneverlie - it's good to know it's not just me. I did CBT on a one to one basis last summer, but I guess I pushed myself too far too fast during the "exposure" phase and the panic attacks became worse. We had to stop the therapy. I am currently trying again, this time on-line. Everytime I try to meditate or concentrate on my breathing at all it brings on an attack. Do you have any relaxation advice?? I have tried tapes, but again, the attacks happen. I have tried total silence and still attacks. I can't seem to concentrate on my breathing at all without an attack happening. Thanks
