I see your stabilizer is a take as you need it. I'm not a dr of nurse, but that seems awfully odd to me to be loaded up on AD not to have a solid daily stabilizer regimen. I'd be calling my doctor complaining about my mood changes and the fact that they got me on bipolar rocket fuel for mood swings.
