Hi nemo

Congratulations on your first post in the Bipolar Forum.

It's good to see you post here.

I like your quote in your signature:

"“Whatever you think that you will be.
If you think yourself weak, weak you will be; if you think yourself strong, you will be”
― Swami Vivekananda"

Very true!

Feeling exhausted and depressed is not a nice way to feel and yes it can feel pretty over whealming when we feel this way.

Having exams is a very stressful event and I can understand why it is so difficult for you to study at the moment.

Intrusive thoughts can certainly feel very overwhealming when they begin to dominate our over all thoughts.

You can share your feelings here.

We will listen.

You can work through these intrusive thoughts.

The human in you is much stronger.

Your chemical imbalance in your brain is creating these intrusive thoughts but you will win.

The human within you will win over these intrusive thoughts.

You said:

"Hope everything will be fine again.. "

Yes.

It can.

This is the human within you thinking this.

What you believe is true.

You can get better.

Your intrusive thoughts have temporarily clouded your vision.

This happens from time to time.

We listen.

Feel free to talk to us here.
Thanks for this!
