If this is not an understanding place of mental health issues and people who are dealing with them, I don't know where is. Most of us could probably relate in one way or another, and many of us have been there ourselves. I didn't see the post but I sure understand the feeling of shame involved with doing something and then feeling the intense shame for my behavior or words after.
