I just recently got out of the hospital and the Drs said that I have treatment resistant depression because I have been trying for two years to get meds that will work for more than a couple of months. I am on so many meds right now that I am having a hard time keeping it straight since they took care of that in the hospital. Also two Drs and a social worker mentioned trying ECT to help.

Does anyone have any experience with treatment resistant depression or ECT? ECT kind of scares me.
