I don't plan on doing inappropriate things again. Thank you for all your advice. I guess I just didn't know what other options I had. Now I do, so thanks. I'll be careful. I have a therapist and I recently told her what I had been doing. We ran out of time to talk about it. I thought I'd try and get support on here because I didn't know what else to do.
