I'm sorry you are experiencing so much anxiety. Have you tried breathing exercises? I find they really help when I get anxious. Of course, you have to practice when you aren't anxious so you can learn how and use it when the anxiety comes on. It's really pretty simple.
Just:
Take a deep breath in through your nose to the count of 4.
Hold your breath to the count of 7.
Exhale through your mouth to the count of 8.
I do this 10 times to relieve anxiety symptoms. It takes practice.
