My answer is sort of a bit difficult and probably a bit more deep to explain so I will try best I can to keep it as simple as possible....

I don't normally like to give oral to my husband. But since I have 'come out' about my alternativeness (and is now my lifestyle) I find that if I am in a 'play' session and being the part of a total submissive then I find oral far more likable and enjoyable both to male or female.

To be submissive and give my 'power' over to the one I trust deeply with it means I have no guilt or shame and to please my play partner is greatly rewarding.
