I currently have a BP2 Dx, but another pdoc said Bp1. I have similar experiences. I think there's really a fine line between Hypo and Full Blown. You had the big delusions and wild manic states of full blown it sounds like. Mine always end up with Law Enforcement or something intervening.

I take a practical approach. Not sure if 1 or 2 - just know I am bipolar and need to take me meds and keep myself in check, regardless of the exact type.
