Thank you for coming back to PC. I agree it's sad so many T's seem to be making mistakes and terminating people lately. I don't know if I'm a success because I'm still in therapy after so many years, but I do know I've changed, especially with my current T. I am glad she agreed to hold my hand again, but you know what? I think I could get along without it now!! She and I can connect without the touching and I can calm myself most of the time. Still, touch is nice.
Expressing love is something new for me, especially telling my T and my friends. My problem in my session was that child part wanted more love and wanted to talk more but was frustrated. I feel better today.
