Let's start with the full time job...you have been written up...what does it say? PM me if you prefer...

Writting someone up is to document actions that are not acceptable...so if you get on board with whatever it is they think is not acceptable - it would be rare that they would want to terminate the relationship...When ever I have written someone up - its in hopes of resolving the issue...some though are on a "witch hunt"

It probably will be hard...don't give up...
