Relax sure he couldve been dying or behind the wheel of a car, but thats not what happened. You did the right thing by calling 911, and thankfully it was just a harmless seizure. Case closed!Ruminating about what couldve happened or how you will react to similar situations in the future does NOTHING to change either and is probably 99% of whats causing your anxiety and panic attacks. I understand that sometimes it can really be difficult to stop thinking about stuff like this, the best advice i can offer you is to get out and go do something you really enjoy and can put your mind too. Maybe go to the mall with your friends
