I drive a very small car,but have been using a hired large SUV recently - it is amazing how much less hassle you get from other drivers and how much more confident you feel in heavy traffic knowing that you won't come off worst in a collision. Pity it burnt diesel like there is no tomorrow, but there is a price for everything.
