Have you ever been asked a question that is so uncomfortable where you find yourself clearing your throat quietly and do this a few times before you're able to speak?
So, as the stress levels raise some kind of acid reflux happens and in my case my voice usually starts to become quite husky and in some situations i will loose my voice.
I have naturally raised stress level and although i can hide it and keep it together i do recognize the symptoms.

Now for many many years i have always thought that i just cant get enough oxygen into my lunges when training...and it only just dawned on me that perhaps its all stress related???
Does this make some kind of sense?

I do allot of endurance and strength & body building exercises and have done for many years now, but I believe i should have allot more cardio endurance than i have.
My question is the acid reflux and day to day stress levels holding me back from increasing my cardio and oxygen levels?
