Hi Everyone. I am revisiting this thread as I am onto something new. An online study I did suggested sugar has a big impact on depression. I have not bought a sack of sugar in like 30 years. However, I do use food items which contain sugar. Since I started my "sugar vigil" about three weeks ago I have had only one major plunge into deep depression. I am slowly working on going sugar free.
Has anyone else gone sugar free and noticed benefits?
