I should be happy, or should i? In order for someone to love you you must love yourself? Is that true? Huhmm all these questions are already answered maybe thats why it seems so distant that I'll ever see the light like my last post stated.
Yes you do need to learn to like yourself first and then love yourself. I'm thinking I'm close to the liking part but it's reallllly hard!!!!
Confidents is a huge factor...a factor that stumbles us all. Its determines if we wake up,get a job, take a shower, eat, and things we dont usually recognize with a mental disorder.
You are absolutely right!
Yesterday I saw my pdoc, and noticed passing cars, the driver smiling, I smiled too.....which one was real? I'm not sure if either where....but I do know mine was shallow, modest, but also in the now.
I question that all the time - how can I be happy one second and so sad the next. We are both of those people and I think when we get better at recognizing triggers and how to deal with depression, those two sides will blend together.
I've been rambling for sometime. now......not sure if I shoudld post this.......not sure if there result would differ or not.....
