I would disagree with that statement. If I made a broad general statement like women are lazy or men are disgusting, I am not judging any specific member, but by implication I am judging all women or men.

Saying that online relationships aren't real relationships isn't judging any specific member, no, but it is by implication judging all those that have online relationships.

It is non-judgemental to say that an online relationship wouldn't work for yourself; it is a judgement to say a type of relationship others have is not a "real" relationship even if it is a generalized statement.
