If you do it from now on, you should be okay. I don't know if you're going through withdrawals. Those can sometimes be withdrawal symptoms. Did you take your pill last night or are you waiting until tonight? Did the symptoms go away? If you're still having symptoms, see if they resolve with taking your Zoloft. If so, it probably was withdrawal symptoms.
