I guess I hadn't thought about that. I mean, it seems like a natural thing to get a second opinion. I approach therapy like medicine for the head and I'm used to doctors going "Idk, let me get you to go see my buddy over at this specialty clinic" and so I do and they work in some happy harmony. So then my T's like "Idk, let me get you go see my buddy a few doors down and get some feedback." and I'm like okay. Cool.
Well not totally cool because I struggle with liking people but I trust my T and he's asked me to be open so I will. I want to help him help me.
