Completely understand were you are coming from, you see it all the time the hard *****es winning......but then I realized it not a competition with them rather with yourself...YES take the high stand and don't be at everyone’s beck and call....stop being the victim............do what is right for you, you call the shots...........but don't get nasty....just stay firm.

Set YOUR goals and go get them. If you’re not sure about someone then you’re probably right...

Don't forget that you are going to have to make changes that you may not like or agree with.........that’s the hard call and your way to taken a stand.
