i am sorry your friends arent there for you. i understand what that is like so dont even bother calling them so i am not disappointed. i am tired of getting hurt because they arent there for me when they say they will be. it is ok to cry. it is a good release. is there anything you can find to do to distract yourself. i like watching comedies. netflix would give you an endless variety. or coloring. i have coloring books and crayons on hand. and i paint as well. anything that is going to keep you busy. even cleaning.....yikes!
