how about trying to tell within here in this forum about your feelings and your thinking? stepwise. in your own tempo. It could be a learning process. maybe you never truly had the opportunity to learn interacting emotionally and maybe you never felt really loved for who YOU are..? Maybe you´ve never been seen in whole?
