I can't say for sure whether that is your problem but my BIL and DIL both suffer as you do and both have trouble with their oxygen levels when the acid reflux happens. My DIL has the stress factor causing the acid reflux as you do so I guess it's possible for you as well. You should consider going to your doctor and getting it checked out.
