I see yoga and tai chi would be effective on those who aren't highly stressed or those who believe in hype.
(sorry if that sounds negative but i just want to be truthful rather than be polite to accept)
Any stress relieving forms are only going to be defaulted once the training begins and then i have increased the pressure with disappointment and frustration.
I find the brain is shutting down the body and the body is feeding off the brain.
