Are the voices inside or outside of your head? I hear voices too, but I'm pretty sure my voices are DID related and cannot be treated with meds due to DID being a cognitive emotional disorder, not neurological. My concern is I seen you post on the DID website. I'd hate for you to be taking meds that aren't necessarily needed. I'm not a doctor or anything, but I know most psychiatrist don't know anything about DID and might be prescribing you meds for schizophrenia related voices when that might not be what's wrong with you.

On a side note, I was prescribes Abilify for "nerves" and those pills made me feel like a zombie. They made me depressed and feel like a shell of a former self. Everyone reacts to meds differently, that's what makes it so difficult to prescribe them. Anyway, just giving you my two cents. Hope you feel better!
