I'm working on body confidence and acceptance. I am trying to be healthier without obsessing or becoming unrealistic. My goal is to be kinder to myself about my body and make an effort to look for the good qualities as opposed to fretting over the flaws. I happen to weigh more than ever but somehow I'm more comfortable in my own skin. Good things do come with age. Although I wouldn't say I'm confident yet.
I gonna try to think of my body like my favorite blue jeans- it just gets more and more comfy and familiar.
