SSRIs, which Prozac is can kind of stop working. That's happened to me several times. I've had to change anti depressants multiple, multiple times. Abilify can be used as an anti psychotic for hallucinations and delusions but it can also be used to augment antidepressants and help them work better. I don't know what dose you're on, but maybe an increase in that may help? Might be something to discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
