It widely varies from drug to drug. When I first went on Saphris, it made me really sleepy and it took a couple of months for my body to adjust and then the raised the dosage and here I am again going out like a light after 15 minutes. But the Fetzima side effects went away fairly quickly. I would talk to my doctor about the headaches, as those would be hard to ignore.
