Has anyone changed from Concerta to Vyvanse?

My Concerta doesn't last long enough for me. I don't know if I should ask for ritalin at the end of the day. He said he won't increase the dose any higher..

Experiences on Vyvanse?

If I could switch to Adderall XR I would but I'm not even going to mention it to my psychiatrist which is sad having to be careful asking for medications for my illness.
