Oh my gosh, Mrs. Mania, I thought I was the only one who did this. I hide in the restroom at work too, but for a different reason from you. I go to the restroom to get away from the craziness, chaos and stress in the office because sometimes it drives me crazy and I just want to explode! I go in there and just stand there in the stall for 15 minutes sometimes just for peace and quiet and serenity. Don't worry, you aren't alone. Maybe you can talk to your boss about your co-workers not competing their responsibilities and how it's affecting you and having to pick up their slack? Good luck, I hope it gets better.
