Hello LittleMouse,

I'm sorry you are feeling so rough, a lot of people understand how you are feeling here at Psych Central.

Sometimes distractions can help the anxiety, try and find something to take your mind off it. Crosswords and puzzles can help.

Remind yourself that you will not feel like this for ever, that you can get through this and you will feel better soon.

Call your T if you need to, he/she is there to help.
