I went for my massage today and each time the pain started to get real bad I practiced my deep breathing. It didn't lessen the pain but it did make me calmer so I wouldn't tense up - this is great progress for me!!

Unfortunately, my massage therapist is on vacation and then I am, so it's 5 weeks to my next appointment
