I have a project due by June 30th. I found that when I was trying to do it and couldn't connect with it, I started to freak a bit. So I just let it ago and worked on something else, when I went back a couple days later I was able to concentrate on it.
Do something completely relaxing, bath, shower, and listen to a soothing tape - either meditation, nature, or very calming music. It might help!
