Thanks for the responses. I have gone past the top management about the issue and about the rampant neglect to the patients. When that didn't work, I contacted the state agency. I've worked here 6months and state has been here 5 times. Yet absolutely nothing has improved.

I only hide from them at the end of shift when they wake to huge messes. It's gotten so bad residents are now finding me when I come in asking me to help them.
