Nearly had a panic attack before getting a cortisone injection but managed to keep it together and just breathe it out while crying.
Supposed to be going back to tafe tomorrow and I'm freaking out, can't sleep and don't even want to. I just don't wanna go, I wanna hide in my room forever.
