yes this sounds familiar. I go through this because of my medications, and other reasons too. my treatment providers call it a very normal form of dissociation and medication side effects. my oldest sibling goes through it and her doctor calls it menopausal.

some tips I use is documenting in a paper note book when ever I take my meds, I also keep a journal for my treatment providers when this happens so that they can adjust my meds and other helpful things on their end that lessen / stop the problems depending upon what the underlying cause for dissociating like this may be.

my suggestion let your treatment providers know this is happening maybe they can prescribe meds or other treatments that may help the underlying problem (trigger) that is causing this to happen in you like my treatment providers are doing.
