Thanks Sky, too. Yes, I realize I can build up a routine, but what I meant was, it's not going to happen in no time, which my father seems to think it will. I do try, and I can get a routine when I have sleeping pills, but as soon as they're gone, I try to stick with the routine and I can't fall asleep again. What a pain.
