I promise you that there is so much to live for, even if it does not feel that way right now. Your friends and family love you and I'm sure that you love them too. What is your favorite thing to do or hobby? That is something to live for. How about having an impact on the world or other people? When you start to feel better you will be able to use your story to help others and be able to relate to them better.

If you haven't talked to a therapist or school counselor, I would highly suggest you do so. I was very hesitant for awhile, thinking that it would somehow make things worse, but I have grown so much through therapy. I would honestly say that it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I hope you reach out to someone, there are so many people that want to help you!
