A sense of entitlement would be someone thinking that they should only be approached by the people they happen to think are cute. If I am in public, anyone has the right to talk to me. Why should a special restriction be put in place when it's men talking to women? Because women are fragile princesses and need special rules to protect them from bring annoyed?
