I've been wanting to do this for quite some time and I've never really asked how is it done? I want to live and work in Europe, my primary reason being that I want to live somewhere where I come in contact with as many languages as possible in one place, and at the same time not have the same culture that is here in the US. My hope has been to live in France for longer than a year ( I speak French). I just want a completely new and different experience than what I have had at present.
