greetings from europe well i think the easiest way is to marry someone from other country, or you can get working visa or something like that. Many languages in one place ? I'd say london uk, there you can meet many immigrants from a whole world. Many goes there without even knowing basic english and talk mostly in own language. France is beautiful, been there years ago and i can recommend especially french food but like every country, it has good and bad sides. I think you should go to europe for a trip for week or two, see with your own eyes how everything looks, how people are, and then decide where you would like to move and if you could live with cultural differences
