Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post, and reading all of it.

I don't think it would matter what my doctors would say. As it is, I'm told by someone in this household "It's okay, I see you getting frustrated cleaning up after us and that you're in pain. You don't need to do it. Rest."

The message I get is to just not pick up after anyone. But the problem is they do not pick up after themselves.

A doctor would have to convince the rest of the household of the need for the house to be organized and clean, and that they need to do it -- not me. It's a hard sell.

I'm thinking suggesting therapy might be next.
