Well, the lexapro in itsel doesnt cause restless legs, as opposed to mirtazapine when i was on it (half an hour after taking it i got rls). but the combination does. so i suppose it is still the mirtazapine cuz i had it before. however i didnt have it on seroquel. im not taking mirtazapine or seroquel now cuz of that. i use promethazine but that works very slow and doesnt knock me out however once i am asleep i sleep well on it. i dont wanna switch to quick to another med. it took me a year to decide to go on an anti depressant and i slowly recovered without. but lately my depression got worse and that was the moment i asked my pdoc. she adviced me lexapro because of its low side effects profile. i didnt want a stimulating anti depressant like wellbutrin because i already have severe sleeping problems and i dont want to worsen that. besides i dont like to get "artificial energy" as i call it. 1.5 years ago on paxil i went hypomanic.

Dx: Mix anhedonia with Bipolar II. Add some insomnia and chronic stress. Season with paroxetine and a pinch of ADD. Stir well to induce a couple of hypo/manic episodes. After the excess of energy is gone, remove the Paroxetine and serve chilled with some C-PTSD and GAD. Ready is your MDD.

Mx: To clean up the mess use lamotrigine, r
isperidon, mirtazapine and sertraline. Let it soak in for a while but keep a close eye on it. Meanwhile enjoy your desert of oxazepam/temazepam prn.
