I cannot reach my pdoc at the moment but would it be safe to combine the 5mg of escitalopram with 15mg mirtazapine. for the time being until the escitalopram starts to work and hopefully relieves my anxiety, stress and depression and hopefully i sleep well again without sleeping medication.

I also wanted to mention; have you ever been checked for anemia? Anemia is a common cause of restless leg syndrome as well as fatigue and can be caused by a lot of meds among other things (lack of adequate nutrition, heavy menstrual bleeding etc). It's something that can be easily checked for and treated. Just an idea.
